In this article, the stages of the development of professional competences of future elementary school teachers based on creative approaches and the diversity, complexity, and several dynamic changes in education are related to the future. the contents and analysis of improving the professional competence of specialists based on a creative approach are described. The article also analyzes the comments made by scientists of our republic and foreign pedagogues on terms such as creativity, competence, and professional skills.
