Professional reflection plays a crucial role in enhancing teachers’ professional growth and improving the quality of education. This article analyzes the main pedagogical determinants that contribute to the formation and development of professional reflection. Professional reflection is defined as a conscious process in which educators evaluate their teaching practices, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies for continuous improvement. Key determinants include individual pedagogical characteristics, teaching methodology, innovative approaches, the socio-psychological classroom environment, educational resources, and continuous professional development. The article also emphasizes the practical significance of fostering professional reflection to improve teaching effectiveness and support students’ individual and professional competencies.
