Oliy ta’lim jarayonida bo‘lajak mutaxassisning kognitiv va metakognitiv qobiliyatlarini rivojlantirish zamonaviy pedagogik-psixologik yondashuvlarning muhim yo‘nalishidir. Kognitiv qobiliyatlar – bilimlarni idrok etish, tahlil qilish va integratsiya qilish, metakognitiv qobiliyatlar esa o‘z bilimi va fikrlash jarayonini boshqarish, rejalashtirish va nazorat qilish imkonini beradi. Ushbu tezisda oliy ta’limda bu qobiliyatlarni shakllantirish mexanizmlari, metodikalar, pedagogik va psixologik vositalar hamda samarali ta’lim jarayoni strategiyalari tahlil qilinadi.
