This expanded article provides an in-depth analysis of the complex and dynamic relationship between language and culture. It explores how language functions as a carrier of cultural knowledge and how cultural norms shape linguistic behavior. The study also highlights how globalization, technological developments, and social changes affect both language and cultural expression. Based on descriptive, comparative, and analytical methods, the research reveals that language and culture have a mutually reinforcing relationship that continually develops over time.
