Ushbu maqolada qishloq hududlarida raqamli infratuzilmani rivojlantirish orqali xizmat ko‘rsatish tizimini takomillashtirish masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Mualliflar zamonaviy AKT texnologiyalari, davlat-xususiy hamkorlik va raqamli platformalarga asoslangan xizmat ko‘rsatish modellarini tahlil qilib, ularning qishloq joylardagi qo‘llanilishi samaradorligini baholaydilar. Maqola yakunida integratsiyalashgan raqamli xizmat ko‘rsatish modeli taklif etiladi.
