Abstract

Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy menejmentning asosiy tamoyillari va samarali boshqaruv uslublari yoritilgan. Tez o‘zgaruvchan iqtisodiy va texnologik muhitda tashkilot rahbarlari uchun strategik fikrlash, transformatsion liderlik, innovatsion yondashuvlar, natijadorlikka asoslangan KPI tizimi va agil (moslashuvchan) boshqaruv kabi dolzarb yo‘nalishlarning ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Maqola menejmentga ilg‘or nazariy yondashuvlar va amaliy tavsiyalarni uyg‘unlashtirib, direktorlar va yuqori lavozimli menejerlar uchun foydali qo‘llanma sifatida xizmat qiladi. Asosiy maqsad – tashkilotlarning raqobatbardoshligini oshirish, xodimlar motivatsiyasini kuchaytirish va umumiy samaradorlikni ta’minlashdir.
