This article analyzes the role of pedagogy in the process of translation education. It is substantiated that along with linguistic knowledge, pedagogical approaches and methods are also essential in training translators. The article highlights issues such as individualized approaches in education, interactive methods, the formation of communicative competencies, and the development of students' cultural sensitivity and creative thinking. Additionally, ways to enhance the effectiveness of translation teaching through modern pedagogical concepts are examined.
