Abstract

This article presents a comparative analysis of the verb tense systems in Uzbek and English. The tense forms characteristic of both languages, their morphological and semantic features are examined. The paper also highlights differences and challenges encountered in translation. The findings may be practically useful for English learners, translators, and philologists.
