Abstract

Neonatologiya sohasidagi sezilarli yutuqlarga qaramay, kam tug‘ilish vazni (KTV) muddatiga yetib tug‘ilgan bolalarda bronx-o‘pka asoratlarning asosiy xavf omili bo‘lib qolmoqda. Tadqiqotlar asosan muddatidan oldin tug‘ilgan chaqaloqlarga qaratilgan bo‘lsa-da, muddatiga yetib tug‘ilgan KTV bolalar bo‘yicha tadqiqotlar yetarli emas. Biz ushbu maqolada KTV ning bronx-o‘pka  patologiyasiga ta’sirini tahlilini, o‘pkaning tuzilish va funksional buzilishlarini ko‘rib chiqdik. Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonda bu mavzu bo‘yicha ilmiy tadqiqot va statistik ma’lumotlarning yetishmasligi tufayli, epidemiologik va klinik izlanishlarni o‘tkazish dolzarbligicha qolmoqda.
